Melissa Ehlert-Traub is a multi-faceted executive with an impressively diverse background. She found success early in her career as a Director in a Fortune 500 computer producer. Realizing she had the desire for entrepreneurial pursuits, Melissa founded the marketing firm of Twenty Twenty Foresight, which rapidly grew into a multi-million-dollar enterprise. She also served as CEO of a London based company serving the transdermal sciences industry.
Melissa pioneered a number of direct to consumer pharmaceutical marketing programs with noted brands such as Botox and many others. To support her firm’s rapid growth, Melissa began importing marketing collateral from Asia, utilizing 60 factories and establishing 4 local offices to manage a complex supply chain. To date, her firm launched 67 noted brands in the pharmaceutical industry. Melissa and her firm’s ideas helped change the way pharmaceuticals are marketed, while adjusting to ever changing media outlets.
Melissa’s love of travel and admiration of beautiful design and architecture led her to adding “developer” to her resume and founded International Dream Properties, Inc. in 2009. This venture in residential and commercial design operates in the US and Europe. She has been active on several boards at the University of California, Irvine including the Foundation and Athletic Directorships. Melissa is married to Michael Traub, CEO of Serta Simmons Bedding, and is the proud mother of 4 children, a blended family.
